Frequently Asked Questions


A. Your party will be considered confirmed upon the receipt of a deposit. DEPOSITS MADE TO FANNY'S ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UPON CANCELLATION, UNLESS WE CAN SCHEDULE AN EVENT OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE FOR THE TIME AND ROOM IN QUESTION.

B. Up to 3 entrees may be selected for any party. If more than one entree is chosen, the host is responsible for the creation of a coded system coordinating guests and entrees.(i.e., color coded place cards.)
The number of guests and entrees is due 14 days prior to the event. A final guarantee is due 24 hours prior to the event, and will be the amount for which you will be charged. However, Fanny's will have the capabilities to provide for extra guests.

On Saturday nights in the Delmont Room, for the months of April through December there will be a minimum of 100 adults required.

C. Due to New York State Liquor Authority Rules, alcoholic beverages, cannot be consumed by anyone under 21 years of age. In addition, no alcoholic beverages can be brought into or removed from Fanny's.

D. Service charges are calculated at 18% of the food and beverage total or a minimum of $60.00, whichever is greater. Sales tax will be added on food, beverage and service charges.

E. All outside party's service charges is calculated an 22%.

F. Payments will be made by CHECK or CASH at the end of your event. Payment of these events is due the Friday before your event. It is the responsibility of the person in charge to notify Fanny's if the event is tax exempt.

G. For all events at Fanny's white linen is provided and bud vases are available. Round tables are usually set between 8-10 people. Centerpieces are not provided but, you may bring them as well as decorations. Cookies, candy, snacks, etc.. maybe brought in as well. Fanny's does not charge for cake cutting.
